All orders are shipped from our Hong Kong company, via our logistics partner based in Shenzhen. Once your package reaches your country/region, tracking information will be available, and typical delivery time is 10–15 business days.

Each product page includes a “What’s Included” section. Please refer to this section to see the items included with your order.
If you notice any missing or incorrect items upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We will address the issue as quickly as possible.

After your order is shipped, the package must first travel through international logistics before reaching your country or region. Tracking information usually becomes available once the package clears customs and is handed over to your local courier, which typically takes about 5–7 days. If your order shows as shipped but no tracking details are visible yet, this is completely normal and your package is on its way. If you need help, please contact us via the customer support chat on our website or email support@eckidea.com.

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for unused items that are in their original packaging.
