After-Sales Policy
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for items that are unused and in their original, intact packaging. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
・ The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
・ All original packaging and tags must be intact
・ A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Returns must be requested and approved before sending any item back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at
eck@eckidea.com and include clear photos or videos so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it properly.
Return Shipping Costs
・ If the item is not defective and meets all return conditions (unused and in original packaging), and the order has already been delivered, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
・ If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or shipping error, we will handle the issue accordingly
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
・ Custom or personalized products
・ Items that have been used or are not in resalable condition
・ Sale items and gift cards
・ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item once approved and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
