Shipping Process

After your order is shipped, the package will first travel through international logistics channels before arriving in your country or region. Once the shipment clears customs and is handed over to the local courier, tracking information will become available.

Tracking updates usually become visible 3–7 days after shipment

If your order status shows “Shipped” but no tracking details are available yet, this is normal
Your package is currently in transit through international logistics

Tracking will update automatically once the package enters your local delivery network

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is approximately 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier efficiency, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control

Customs & Delays

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections. While most packages clear customs smoothly, occasional delays can occur. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
