When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically shipped within 5–7 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the shipping date shown on the product page. During holidays, shipping times may be extended.
Why can’t I see tracking information yet?
After your order is shipped, the package must first travel through international logistics before reaching your country or region. Tracking information usually becomes available once the package clears customs and is handed over to your local courier, which typically takes about 5–7 days. If your order shows as shipped but no tracking details are visible yet, this is completely normal and your package is on its way.
